We do not currently offer returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at email@example.com. We will be happy to make it right!
At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada; shipping is calculated at checkout.
We use Priority mail shipping to ensure we have up to $100 shipping insurance in the unlikely scenario that anything were to happen to your product on its way to you. We do not claim liability once it leaves our facility. If you have any problems with shipping, reach out to the courier directly.
DISCLAIMER: If your candle is traveling a far distance, we recommend you select express shipping as our candle wax could melt inside of hot delivery trucks or in extremely hot climates. We are not responsible for any melting of candles during the shipping process.
